How early do I need to book my treatment or package?
When do I need to arrive for my treatment?
It is advised that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time or no more than 5 minutes early.
Late arrivals may mean that your treatment time will be reduced and early arrivals may interfere with another client’s treatment time.
For new clients, please arrive 5 minutes early to allow enough time to complete a confidential new client consultation form. This form allows our therapist to familiarise herself with your personal beauty circumstances and potentially develop strategies and packages for various needs. If you arrive late, please be aware that this may impact your total treatment time, especially during peak periods.
Where can I park?
Do you offer any referral programs or loyalty rewards?
Our monthly promotions are a great way to save money whilst ensuring you get that little self-care opportunity you have been promising yourself for quite some time!
Regular clients are looked after with freebies during the year, special pre sale invites to workshops and events and discounted skin care and products.
Our referral system invites you to send three friends or family members our way with a fantastic free massage treatment for you as a thank you!

Terms & Conditions
- Appointments: Bookings must be made in advance. Strictly no walk ins permitted. Please arrive on time or no more than 5 mins early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying the next client.
- Cancellations: Min 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice being preferrable. No-shows or last-minute cancellations incur a cancellation fee of 50-100% treatment cost.
- Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. This will be applied to your final treatment cost.
- Health conditions: Please let me know if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are on medication prior to your treatment. Some pre appointment care may also be advised.
- Age restrictions: Certain treatments are only available to clients aged 16+. Parental consent is required for anyone under 18. You may bring your child/ren to your appt at your own discretion. Some treatment exceptions do apply and will be stated at time of booking.
- Gift vouchers: Vouchers for any treatment or dollar value available. They are valid for 12 months from date of issue and are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- Some treatments, classes and workshops are LTO, seasonal or dependent on demand. Please enquire at any time.
- Pricing: All treatment pricing is based on standard time and product use. If extra time or materials are required to complete your treatment, a small surcharge may apply. This will be discussed with you beforehand and added to treatment total only.
- Payment: I accept cash (keep it circulating!), eftpos and credit card (fees apply). Payment plans for certain treatment packages are available upon request.
- Social media & before/afters: I sometimes share before-and-afters (with your permission) to celebrate results and inspire others. Let me know if you’d prefer to keep your treatments private- always respected.
- Surcharges: Bridal packages and mobile makeups incur a small travel fee. Appointments booked outside of standard trading hours including Sundays and public holidays will incur a 15% surcharge. An appointment duration minimum of 60 mins applies.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are provided for treatments or products once used/opened. If you have a concern, please reach out directly so I can assist.
